Welcome. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. First of all, I'd like to issue an apology from our CEO, Clement Kwok. He actually had eye surgery recently. So he is not here today.
So I'm pleased to welcome you to the presentation for our 2019 interim results, and these were posted on the stock exchange website earlier this afternoon. So sitting beside me, I believe many of you will know my colleagues, but to my left is our Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Peter Borer; and on my right-hand side is our Group Director of Properties, Mr. Martyn Sawyer.
