Good morning and welcome to the presentation of the first quarter results in 2019. I am Mikael Ericson, the CEO of Intrum; and with me is Danko Maras, our CFO. And we will spend around 30 minutes to give you the highlights of the first quarter and 30 minutes of Q&A. And the Q&A will be moderated by our Head of Investor Relation Thomas Moss.
So -- but before we kick off around the numbers of the first quarter, let me give you some comments on the market in general. I mean, if you follow the [MTM] market in Europe, you will have noticed that the continuous pressure from the European Central Bank, the European Union, the local central bank, has led to lot of activities in the market where banks adopt to new requirements to offload the nonperforming part of the balance sheet.
