Okay. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to IQE's First Half 2019 Results Presentation. I'm Drew Nelson, CEO. I've got with me, Tim Pullen, who's the CFO; and also in the audience is Phil Smith, who's our Chairman.
So the agenda today, the running order is, first of all, I'll give you a market and business update. I'll then hand over to Tim to give you a more detailed review of the first half results. And then I'll talk a little bit about our strategic update towards the end.
So let me, first of all, give a market and business update. On the left, you can see, as an overview, IQE is the leading global supplier of advanced compound semiconductor wafers. And I believe we are continuing to extend that lead by bringing a lot of materials innovations to the marketplace in terms of filters and switches and more advanced products for the 5G infrastructure.
We have a global footprint. We have 4 manufacturing sites in the U.S., 3 in Europe and 2 in Asia. And I think this will stand us in great stead moving forward.
