Greeting, and welcome all of you in this virtual meeting, meeting shareholders, guests and all others interested to follow this virtual meeting. For those who follow this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Royal DSM, for the first time, my name is Rob Routs, and I'm the Chair of the DSM Supervisory Board.
The COVID-19 measures to protect the health and safety of us all still don't allow for a face-to-face meeting as we were used to in the past. At DSM, our primary responsibility is to protect health and safety of our employees, of our partners and of course, also you, our shareholders. We, therefore, are holding a virtual meeting in line with the Dutch Emergency Legislation.
