Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Konecrane's Q4 earnings conference. My name is Kiira Froberg, and I'm the Head of Investor Relations at Konecranes. Here with me, I have today our President and CEO, Rob Smith; and our CFO, Teo Ottola.
