Thank you much, Martin. Well, welcome, everyone. Today marks a big milestone. For the first time, we're hosting our presentation for the quarter in our own offices in Stockholm, our new offices that we moved in a couple of weeks ago into. But of course, another more important milestone for us in the second -- in the first quarter of 2019 was the reregulation in the Swedish market and the go live from 1st January. And of course, that's something that we've been waiting on for a long time.
