Thank you. Good morning. I'm Brock Kowalchuk, Chief Executive Officer of Kaspien Holdings, Inc. On behalf of our company, I want to welcome you to our 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I now formally call the meeting to order. I'll now begin by introducing the directors of the company in attendance today: Mark Holliday; Jonathan Marcus; Mike Reickert; and Tom Simpson. I would also like to introduce Edwin Sapienza, the company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, who will serve as Secretary of the meeting.
