Thank you, Maruda, and good afternoon, everyone. As you know, earlier today, Landis+ Gyr issued a press release with an accompanying analyst presentation for FY 2018 results. While these documents will be the basis of our call, I want to remind everyone that these results are unaudited and are still subject to change.
Landis+ Gyr is planning to issue its FY 2018 annual report with audited results on May 29, 2019. With that small clarification made, I'd like to turn the call over to Richard Mora, Landis+ Gyr's CEO.
