Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Steven Wilderspin. I am Chair of BGLF. For a bit of quick housekeeping. As we'll be discussing performance metrics throughout this call, I'd like to remind investors that past performance does not predict future returns.
This presentation is intended for professional investors only. Today, I'm joined by the team from Blackstone credit insurance, who will be providing an update on the BGLF portfolio. In terms of performance BGLF, total NAP return for the fourth quarter was plus 3.0% and the share price return was plus 3.5%. Over 2023 as a whole, BGLF total NAV return was plus 10.4% and the share price return was minus 2.1%.
As you're aware, BGLF shareholders voted at the company's AGM in September to put BGLS into manage wind-down. As that is now effective, we will look to revisit the nature and cadence of these calls. Additionally, as noted in the December monthly report reporting on BGLF will start to look a little differently.
