Thank you. Good afternoon, and sorry for our being a bit late. But I would like to comment with you the full year results and in particular, the fourth quarter results.
COVID-19 impact was managed successfully, and this clearly confirms the validity and the uniqueness of our business model. We do think that also based on what happened in the last 2 crisis, so 2008, 2011, Mediobanca is uniquely positioned in resilient segment. So is the 2 extreme of the market, households on one hand with compass; and large and mid-caps with, I would say, CID and other activity of wholesale banking, and mainly presence -- and more and more presence
