Good morning. My name is Eric Stonestrom, and I am the Chairman of the Board of Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. It is my pleasure to welcome you to this 2023 annual meeting of stockholders.
Thank you for joining us today. We're exciting to -- excited to be hosting a virtual meeting with our stockholders attending via the web portal, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our stockholders.
Before we begin, I would like to introduce the other members of the Board who are present today: Glenn Laxdal, our President and CEO; Michael Flynn; and Scot Jarvis. It is now 11:01 Eastern Time on June 20, 2023, and this meeting is officially called to order.
