Good morning. Thank you for attending this presentation for Nexans' 2018 result. I will present the business overview and hand over for Nicolas, the financial details. And afterwards, Jean-Christophe Juillard, which is our new Chief Financial Officer, that will share our financial guidance for 2019. But before the presentation itself, I just want to take a few minutes with you to come back with my reading of the last 6 months. Pretty intense, indeed, but we've made pretty satisfying progress so far. There is now a new industrial strategy for the group, validated and supported by its shareholders, management and employee, which is intend to regain the confidence of all stakeholders and position Nexans in the top of global group, specializing solution on system for the connectivity of the energy and data market.
