Well, I came to Novan as a consultant in 2017. I had been at Quintiles, now IQVIA for 31 years and had retired and was doing a little consulting with another pharmaceutical company, and the Board of Directors called and asked me to come in and consult. And then I really kind of fell in love with the company, fell in love with the technology and went to join them as an employee half-time and then became the COO in 2019, and then in 2020, I
