Good morning, everyone. This is David Shriver, Communications Director of Ocado Group. Welcome to the third quarter trading update for Ocado Retail, which, as you all know, is a 50-50 joint venture between Ocado Group and Marks & Spencer. Our Chief Financial Officer, Duncan Tatton-Brown, will give you a brief summary of Ocado Retail's performance in Q3 as well as an update on the switchover to M&S on the 1st of September and then we'll go to questions.
