Thank you very much. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Joe Rooney, and I'm very happy to welcome you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Oneview Healthcare Plc. In accordance with the company's constitution, I have been appointed by the directors to act as Chairman in respect of this AGM. Let me begin by introducing my fellow board members.
