Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Joe Rooney, and I'm very happy to welcome you as Chair to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Oneview Healthcare PLC. In accordance with the company's constitution, I have been appointed by the Directors to act as Chairman in the back of this AGM.
Let me begin by introducing my fellow Board members. With me here in the boardroom are James Fitter, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Oneview Healthcare; and Helena D'Arcy, our Company Secretary.
