Good morning, and thank you, Tia. My name is Christine Magee. I am the Chair of the Board of Sleep Country Canada and have been delegated to lead the meeting of shareholders today. As you are aware, today's meeting is being held in a virtual-only format. In light of the ongoing global COVID-19 health emergency, we adopted this approach to mitigate any risk to our shareholders, management, employees and other stakeholders. Although we are disappointed that we can't see each of you today, this format provides registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders an equal opportunity to participate, ask questions and vote regardless of physical location, which would otherwise be impossible
