Thank you, André. Before we go into the figures, I want you to look at this picture. It's the new Moynihan Train Hall in New York City, U.S. It's recently inaugurated and very good for the city and the transport system there.
So let's go into the 6 months report. Overall, we have a strategy that pays off. We can see construction steadily improving, the profitability quarter by quarter and also this quarter. Residential development volumes and profitability on a high level.
