Thank you, George, good morning, everybody. Thank you for joining us for our Q4 trading update and for the first time with you. I am pleased to say that I am joined by Jason Windsor, our CFO. Today, we are doing two things. First I see a huge cost transformation program. And second, we are updating our EUME and flows for the second half of 2023 and giving you a preliminary outlook on the full year of 2023.
Starting with the transformation program, we have said previously that we plan to go further on cost. We have conducted a root and branch review of all our support and operational costs. And today, we are announcing a transformational cost reduction program to save at least GBP150 million by the end of 2025, as we right size the corporate center to fit it fully competitive, modern invest in business.
