Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and welcome to Snam's 2021 9 months results presentation.
Looking at the first highlight. CapEx reached EUR 866 million, while our regulated investments are going as planned. As mentioned before, we are -- have experienced some delays in the deployment of investments in new businesses. For this reason, full year CapEx will be circa EUR 1.3 billion. Following the publication of the first consultation document on the WACC form in July, we sent our comments to ARERA by the deadline of the 12th of September, and we expect soon the second consultation document.
