Good morning, and welcome to the Sonic Foundry 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting. My name is Mark Burish. I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors and will be the Chair of this meeting. And we are pleased to be bringing you this event via our Mediasite Events video platform. I'm coming to you from Sonic offices in Madison, Wisconsin. And in today's video-first world, our presenters will be in all different places. This is a firsthand look how Sonic Foundry has pivoted in this time of COVID to meet the needs of different groups all over the country.
We're going to get more about that from our CEO, Joe Mozden later in the meeting today. But first, I'd like to introduce you to our presenters. Ken Minor is the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the corporation. He will serve as the secretary of the meeting and the inspector of elections. We'll hold the business portion of the meeting first. We'll follow that with a company presentation and end the meeting with comments and questions of the shareholders.
