Thank you, Christoffer, and a warm welcome to everyone to this year's first quarterly report.
To start, I'd like to put the quarter in context for what's happened in the financial markets, and we would classify it as being a mixed quarter. Remember that in December, we had a very sharp drop in the equity markets and uncertainly got really introduced about the future business cycle. We saw a very healthy recovery during the first quarter and that's clearly a sign of strength coupled with tightening of credit spreads.
