And good morning everyone, and thank you for joining this call of Scandic's of fourth quarter presentation.
My name is Jens Mathiesen, I'm the Chief Executive Officer of Scandic and right now also the acting CFO of Scandic until our new CFO Par Christiansen joins us, which is actually only in a couple of weeks from now or March 1.
With me here today, I also have the Head of Investor Relations Rasmus Blomqvist, and also the VP of Business Control which is Blomqvist, those are both here to support the Q&A session if needed be. Today I will guide you through the quarter and also the full year results and give you some comments on the outlook as usual.
