Okay, everybody is in the meeting. So welcome, everyone, to the TRX Gold Corporation 2023 annual general meeting and special meeting of shareholders. We have a lot to discuss today. The agenda will be as follows. We'll have the Chairman's message, and Jim will open the meeting in a few minutes, then we'll have the official business in the voting of the resolutions.
And then we'll have a brief speech from myself that sets out what has been accomplished in the two years since I've been in this position as CEO, and more importantly, where we're going in the next year or so on our value creation roadmap. And then we'll formally close the meeting thereafter.
So there's a couple of notes for this particular meeting. The majority of the votes have been cast and submitted by proxy. So those people won't have the ability to vote electronically. We do have some shareholders in person in Toronto that will be voting when we bring the resolutions forward.
