First and foremost, I hope in the last couple of days, you've all managed to make it down to your local pub to support them and have a pint, albeit in relatively fresh conditions. I hope you were well wrapped up.
I'd like to start really by thanking everyone for joining us today. But also to say a special thank you to our colleagues, our customers, of course, all our partner suppliers and all our stakeholders and shareholders who have supported us through what has been an exceptional year by any circumstances. And in this exceptional year, of course, you will see some significant impacts on our results from the pandemic. However, it's been a year of real underlying strength for the business. When the COVID impact hit, we reacted incredibly quickly and with great agility. In a matter of 5 weeks, we more than doubled the number of online slots available to our customers. We had almost 50,000 people out of the business, many of whom were shielded
