Good morning, everyone. As we have a quorum, I declare the meeting open. On behalf of my colleagues on the Board, I'm pleased to welcome you to this year's Annual General Meeting. I'm Byron Grote, and I'll be Chairing today's meeting, and I'll call on other members of the Board to help answer your questions.

Nothing is more important to us than your safety while you're here. So please spend a moment studying the fire escape routes shown on the screen. There are no scheduled fire alarm test today. If the alarm is activated, please make your way to the nearest fire escape located either side of the event space. Please do not take your belongings with you. Leave the building and head for the fire assembly point behind the sports pitch at the rear of the Heart building.
