Hello. Welcome to Volpara's Annual General Meeting and due to a last-minute change in New Zealand COVID status, this makes it a totally virtual one. I am Paul Reid, the Chairman of the company.
I'd like to introduce who are with me today, Dr. Ralph Highnam, who is our CEO and Managing Director; also have with me here virtually my fellow directors, John Diddams, Roger Allen, Karin Lindgren and Dr. Monica Saini. Unfortunately, John Pavlidis is unable to join us today. He's in Greece, and it's about 3 in the morning or some time like that. In addition, we have our CFO, Craig Hadfield on the call today and available to answer questions later. And I'd also like to extend a warm welcome to Kevin Brown. Kevin is a partner who PwC, who is the company's auditors.
