With the appointment of scrutineers, I'll begin by appointing Daniela Munoz from Computershare to act as a scrutineer. And Daniela, could you just raise your hand so that people identify you. The meeting has been regularly constituted and notice has been sent and quorum is present.
Notice of meeting was mailed on April 4, 2023, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, '23.
