So a little bit of Wishpond. Wishpond is a marketing technology company. It's an all-in-one marketing platform that is primarily built to help small businesses with acquiring new leads and making sales and carry their business online in one single platform. We've been around since 2009 and we've been growing quite solid.
This year, we're forecasted to grow by 75% and achieve $14.4 million of revenue. As of March, we were sitting on a cash balance of $11 million. And I say March, because that's when our last financials were released. And we're serving more than 3,000 businesses
