Turning to our agenda this morning. I'll start by taking you through our half 1 operating and business update. And then I'll hand over to Nicholas, who will talk you through our financial performance for the first half of the year. Premier Inn's performance in the first half of the year was very strong with recovery and demand ahead of our expectations, and we outperformed the market in the U.K. by some distance. Despite the fact that there is still uncertainty regarding the evolution of the pandemic during the winter period, we are very confident about our ability to fully recover and to grow and create value.
