Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the -- to this conference for the Q3 fiscal '21 results.
Maybe I will just start it by outlining a few thoughts upfront that are important in the presentation, obviously, to the growing of the business. But Q3 is a period which was severely impacted by travel restrictions imposed by governments across our markets. As you know, we are operating to 47 markets. And I would say that not even 2 countries applied the same restrictions. So it's not only the restrictions, but also the complexities coming out of the restrictions across markets that impacted our business and largely the industry.
