Thanks, Mel. Thank you for joining us for Prospa's half year results ended 31 December 2023. My name is Greg Moshal, and today, I'm joined by my Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Beau Bertoli; and Chief Financial Officer, Ross Aucutt. In addition to talking to our results presentation, we have announced that we have entered into a buying Scheme of Arrangement with a consortium led by the Salter Brothers. The details of this are outlined in the announcements made to the ASX this morning, and I'll be happy to take questions on this and the results at the end of the presentation.
