And just working with this transaction since this summer, and we're very pleased to see that we now also have reached final agreement and will be buying Oslo Areal, closing in mid-January. Entra will be acquiring 100% of the shares in Oslo Areal from Gjensidige Forsikring and AMF PensionsförsÀkring. Oslo Areal holds 17 properties in Oslo and Sandvika with a total gross lettable area of 222,000 square meters. The purchase price is an enterprise value of approximately NOK 13.55 billion.
