ECIT was founded in 2013. Since that time, we have made 125 acquisitions, mainly part acquisitions due to an acquisition model where we acquire minority or where we let the entrepreneurs from the companies we are acquiring stay as minority shareholders in the company going forward. For that reason, we have around 250 shareholding
