Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. My name is Steve Crane, Chairman of nib holdings limited. And on behalf of the nib Board, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our first ever Virtual Annual General Meeting.
Given the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions, we believe that hosting the 2020 AGM virtually is the most responsible and safe way to conduct this year's meeting.
