Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 2022 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Boart Longyear Group Ltd. This is Rubin McDougal, Chair of Boart Longyear Group Ltd. I will be the Chair of this Annual General and Special Meeting.

I am very pleased to welcome all shareholders participating in the meeting online today through the virtual meeting platform. In the interest of health and safety and as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and as announced by the company to the ASX on the first of April, this meeting is being conducted as a virtual meeting only.
