Good afternoon, and welcome to the Q4 2019 financial report forecast at BIMobject. My name is called Carl Silbersky. I'm the CEO. And together with me, I have Alexander Dahlquist, CFO. We will walk you through this financial report.
So next slide. BIMobject operates in a massive industry, one of the least digitized industry in the world, just ahead of actually agriculture and hunting. That's how badly digitized this industry is. The size of the construction industry is estimated to $11 trillion, as you can see in the slide there in the middle. And overall, BIM spending in this massive industry is merely $4.9 billion, as we illustrate in the graph to the right.
It's this is expected to grow approximately 13% per year over the next five years. This massive industry we are operating in and yet we seem is small. The average productivity growth in this construction is 1%. Let me just repeat that: 1% productivity growth. In other words, there's a massive need for digitalization, and BIM will be a major part of that going forward.
