Good morning. I'm Kenneth Berlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advaxis, Inc. Welcome and thank you for joining us for the Special Meeting of Stockholders. Notice of the special meeting was filed with the SEC on December 13, 2022. Proof of notice will be incorporated into the minutes of this special meeting.
The Board has appointed Christopher J. Woods to act as the Inspector of Election for the meeting. The Inspector has determined that the holders of at least one-third of the shares of Advaxis common and preferred stock issued and outstanding entitled to vote at this meeting are represented in person or by proxy, and accordingly, a quorum for the meeting is present.
