Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining us. And I see one of my Board members here today. I'd like to acknowledge (inaudible) and I'm [Cheryl Carolus], coming in like Chairperson. Thank you for joining us this morning. And really thank everyone for coming through and for those who are joining us virtually welcoming you and over the phone, I hope I'm audible enough and but before we kick off, I'd like to thank our employees who delivered on these results. They take full credit for it. As you know, the trading conditions are extremely difficult last year and I suspect have continued to be difficult and they've shown their commitment to conduct success. We noted.
