I'm joined -- with me is our CFO, Luca Pietropiccolo.
And the purpose and the way this meeting will unfold is that I will -- myself and Luca will do a quick walk-through of the presentation and highlight some key points that we want to emphasize. And then we'll open ourselves up for questions.
So if I just go to Page 3 of the presentation from the starting point. And I think the thing that we wanted to sort of provide some level of context was, as you know, we're operating in a market where brokers are now writing about 70% of all residential mortgages. And the market itself is around about a $535 billion
