My name is William Hames, and I'm Chairman of Cedar Woods. As it is now after 10:00 a.m., and a quorum is present, I formally declare this meeting open.
Turning to the agenda. I'll provide a recap on our performance and highlight some of the achievements that we achieved in the 2019 financial year. We will then hear from our Managing Director, Nathan Blackburne, who will review our property portfolio, provide some insight into our first quarter for 2020 and also touch upon our outlook for the future.
