Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone, and thank you for your attention. I am conscious that certainly coal is still live, but I suspect it's going to get drilled our longest. And if we get cracking straightaway on slide number 4 and the outcomes, we delivered this period demonstrated another period of discipline and high-quality growth. FFO was up 8.2% to $19.8 million on the back of us collecting more than 99% of risk.
And that resilient revenue outcome provided us with the comfort to upgrade our guidance to 2% to 3% growth in December, post the equity raise and new decks joins. The gearing
