Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the broadcast. I've also got Vince Hawksworth, Chief Executive with me today. So our plan is to go through the presentation together and then have a little bit of a Q&A at the end.
So obviously we're talking about our first half year performance. We're going to start with a little bit of an overview, talk about operations and then finish with a bit of an outlook at the end. Here's the sort of rogue's gallery of the leadership team. Probably worth noting that we've got 2 new directors being Keith Turner and David Prentice since the last time we did one of these presentations. The senior leadership team itself, it's been stable for a number of years now.
