Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2019 Annual General Meeting of your company. My name is Raphael Geminder, and I'm delighted to address this meeting as your Chairman.

Starting with safety. In the highly unlikely event of an emergency, please vacate in an orderly fashion through the exits located to the front and rear of the building. Pact staff will assist in this procedure.

We have a diverse geographical register of shareholders. So with that in mind, this meeting is being webcast live. The Notice of Meeting and the Annual Report were sent to shareholders and the ASX on the 11th of October 2019, and I will take the notice as being read.
