Keep announced its 2024 interim results earlier today. The announcement is now available on HKEX website as well as Keep's Investor Relations website at ir.keep.com.

Joining me today is Keep's Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Mr. Wang Ning; and CFO, Mr. Weibo Huang. Before we continue, please note that today's call will include forward-looking statements.
