Retail sales in the United States showed significant growth in September, surpassing market expectations and indicating that robust consumer spending continues to drive economic momentum. According to data released by the U.S. Department of Commerce, retail sales, not adjusted for inflation, increased by 0.4% compared to the previous month, improving on August's growth rate of 0.1%.
