Good morning, and a warm welcome to the press conference for Skanska's third-quarter report 2024. My name is Antonia Junelind. I'm the Senior Vice President for Investor Relations here at Skanska. And here in the studio on stage today, I have our President and CEO, Anders Danielsson; and our acting Group CFO, Pontus Winqvist.
