xAI Secures $6 Billion in Series C Funding with Strategic Support from Nvidia and AMD

Elon Musk's AI startup, xAI, announced on social media that it has successfully completed a $6 billion Series C funding round. Major investors include a16z, BlackRock, Fidelity, Sequoia Capital, Kingdom Holdings, and Morgan Stanley. Fidelity, Sequoia Capital, and Kingdom Holdings had previously participated in xAI's Series B round.

Significantly, semiconductor giants Nvidia and AMD have joined this round as strategic investors. Their involvement is expected to bolster xAI's infrastructure as the company gears up for rapid expansion.
