Samsung Electronics (SSNLF, Financials) unveiled a series of holographic projections in London on Jan. 15, offering a preview of innovations expected at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event.
Displayed 100 feet above the ground in Shoreditch, London, the projections—which the business referred to as immersive—showcased images of marine life, plant life, sports scenes, and other images typical of daily events people may record on mobile devices. Samsung introduced its Galaxy AI technology with an overview of the forecasts.
Samsung said in a statement that the holographic display was intended to provide a window into features meant to premiere with the next Galaxy S series range. Emphasizing scalability and the integration of sophisticated technologies into user interactions, the graphics were displayed at a 65 feet by 50 feet size. The business claims that the holograms represent its larger objectives of improving user interaction with mobile devices by means of artificial intelligence.
The firm said that the installation fits their preparations for the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event set for January 22. The event will provide further specifics on Galaxy AI's capabilities and the next mobile devices, Samsung stated in its statement.
Samsung pointed out that its larger marketing initiatives to captivate worldwide viewers and generate excitement for product introductions depend on the holographic display. Social media postings from the event, according to the firm, have piqued interest in the next showcase and motivated consumers to join remotely.
Samsung said that the holograms were a part of a bigger campaign stressing artificial intelligence developments, which it sees as fundamental for its next mobile technologies. The corporation underlined once again that the Jan. 22 event would provide a forum for more thorough introduction of these developments.
