According to the latest research by TrendForce, global shipments of AI servers are projected to increase by 46% in 2024. This growth is driven by strong demand from cloud service providers (CSPs) and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

TrendForce highlights that CSPs, influenced by DeepSeek, are likely to focus more on developing cost-effective, proprietary ASIC solutions. This strategic shift aims to transition from AI training to AI inference, gradually increasing the proportion of AI inference servers to nearly 50%.
